HIV counseling and testing, HIV Early Intervention and medical treatment, and case management.

Services:
Opioid Treatment Services - Their ambulatory substance abuse treatment program provides medication-assisted treatment (methadone maintenance) and short and long-term opiate detoxification to patients with a primary addiction to heroin or other opiates.
Outpatient Counseling Services - Their Outpatient Counseling Services Program provides assessment and evaluation, individual/group counseling, and referral to patients who are abusing or addicted to substances other than opiates.
They provide primary care, stabilization and aftercare services, based upon clinical appropriateness.
They are approved to provide assessment and treatment for Intoxicated Drivers Resource Center (IDRC) referrals.
Perinatal Project C.A.R.E. - Project C.A.R.E. (Chemical Abuse Recovery Experience) is an ambulatory care program for the treatment of pregnant and post-partum substance abusing women and their infants.
The medical component of this project includes obstetrical care and "well child" pediatric care.
Health education and counseling are an integral part of this program.
